Builders Association presents Florida’s BEST
Awards 2006 at Annual Gala
Brother and Sister, Harry & Helene Hollub of
family-owned Hollub Construction Group, Inc. win
the coveted BEST of Show award for a custom home
in Pompano Beach.
In grand style like the Oscar’s, the
Florida’s BEST Awards 2006 Emcee and WFOR-TV’s
News Anchor, Robb Hanrahan announced the BEST of
the BEST in the Florida’s building and real
estate industry.
Held on April 29 at the Westin Diplomat
Resort & Spa, the Florida’s BEST Awards is a
partnership between the Builders Association of
South Florida (BASF) and The Miami Herald.
Florida’s top builders, architects, landscape
architects, interiors designers, marketing
agencies and sales professionals submit
applications to be judged by professionals.
Builder and Architect judges scrutinize the
entries judged onsite and by booklet-submission
and reward only those whose product meets their
standards for a Silver, Gold or Platinum award.
Judges Special Awards and 7 Best of Show
Finalists were also awarded, but there was only
one winner for BEST of Show.
This year’s BEST of Show goes to Hollub
Construction Group Inc. for a custom home. A
Silent Auction raised funds for the BASF’s
charities – Habitat for Humanity and Future
Builders of America.
